From 7.00 am to 9:00 pm we will keep you busy with a program of detoxing, healthy meals and snacks, herbal tea, light walks, exercises suitable for your fitness level, health seminars, fun activities at the pool and beach and much more BUT you can always take a break and relax at any time whenever you wish to do so.

Program (Day 1: as example)
• 07:00 Welcome meeting accompanied with Detox beverages and light walk along the beach
• 08:30 Healthy breakfast
• 09:30 Warm up fitness class
• 10:00 Morning training session
• 12:00 Lunch
• 13:30 Afternoon training session (These will include several options including, pool exercises, walking and indoor or outdoor sessions with our personal trainer)
• 17:30 Nutrition Workshop and cooking workshop
• 19:15 Healthy dinner
• 20:15 Relax at leisure

● Upon arrival, a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity is required.

● Food allergies or specific dietary needs. You MUST inform us about them at the time of booking.
