Program

Day 1:
Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be welcomed by one of our staff and brought to your hotel (Steigenberger El-Tahrir or Similar). Spend the night at your leisure with the chance to try any of our activities and trips in Cairo.

Accommodation: 5* Hotel, based on half board meal plan (dinner), lunch will be included while sightseeing.


Day 2:
After your breakfast, you will be ready to start your Cairo day trips when your tour guide meets you in the morning to accompany you through a fascinating tour to Giza Pyramids, then Transfer to Saqqara Necropolis and Memphis the ancient capital of Egypt from where the whole empire was ruled.
You will enjoy your lunch in an oriental restaurant. After lunch, you will be able to tour the open-air museum and gaze at the sizes of the great Alabaster Sphinx and the colossal statue of King Ramses II.
After such a busy day, you will be escorted back to the hotel where you will be able to spend the rest of the day of your own accord.

Day 3:
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken via an early morning transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor.
Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be met by our representatives who will assist us in your transfer to the Nile cruise.
You will then cross to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. You will then be able to take an excursion to the Necropolis of Thebes, on the Eastern bank.
Lunch will be provided onboard, and the afternoon will be free, for anyone to do as they wish.

Day 4:
Having eaten breakfast, you will disembark to see the majestic city of Luxor. Here you will visit two of the most spectacular temples in Egypt, the Luxor Temple, and the Karnak Temple.
Then, upon our return to the boat, you will sail towards Edfu, where you will dock to eat and spend the night.

Day 5:
Once you have eaten breakfast, you will visit the Edfu temple, dedicated to the ancient Egyptian god Horus. The cruise will then continue towards Kom Ombo, where you will visit its incredible temple, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Hareoris.
After the day tour, you will head up the Nile to Aswan, where you will spend the night.

Day 6:
Having enjoyed breakfast, you will disembark to visit one of the most beautiful temples in the country, the Philae Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis. After visiting Philae, anyone who wants to visit the Abu Simbel temples is more than welcome to, it is something we would highly recommend.
In the evening, you will ride in a traditional felucca boat down the Nile, taking in its flora, fauna, and its natural beauty. you will be spending the night again in Aswan.

Day 7:
After your breakfast, you will take a morning transfer to Aswan airport in order to to take your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be treated to another full-day tour, this time to the Egyptian museum.
After having lunch at a local restaurant, you will be taken on a tour of Cairo’s famous churches, the Hanging Church built into the walls of the Fort of Babylon, and its remains could be Cairo’s oldest structures, being just one example. This whole area is a world-famous destination for pilgrims. You will end your day by visiting Khan Elkhalili Bazaar, the oldest bazaar in Cairo and a part of Islamic Cairo. Afterward, you will be taken back to the hotel where you can enjoy your time however you choose.

Day 8:
After breakfast, you will be checked out from the hotel according to your flight time. In any case, the latest checkout will be at noon. Your tour leader will escort and transfer you from the hotel to the airport for your flight home.
